Dear Members, Recently in a teleconferencing seminar with CMC, Vellore A question was raised to one of the Professors of CMC,"Why don't CMC take the issue of exploding population to Government of India, because CMC is listened to?" Professor paused, sighed & said," Well, I take population as dividend to India". I do not know whether he was serious. The deep sigh of breath did not endorse that! Again, when representatives of Delhi government & Central government were sat face to face in a TV show & was shelled with a salvo of questions by the journalist & other experts, they started playing blame game.
