Sometimes patient appears in a clinic for a repeat visit claiming that they could not get rid of their illness in spite of following the treatment prescribed. While cross-checking many a time it is found out that either the patient did not take the medicines as advised or have not undergone physiotherapy or restricted some activities as recommended.
How to make sure or is it possible to make sure that the patient follows doctor's advice in toto? Or at least, the patient does not hold the doctor responsible for any mishap due to not following his/her advice completely.
