Aortic regurgitation (AR) is a condition in which leakage of blood occurs through the aortic valve each time the left ventricle relaxes. AR allows some blood pumped out of the left ventricle to leak back into it. The leakage may preclude the heart from efficiently pumping blood to the rest of the body. AR can develop suddenly or over decades. Once AR becomes severe, surgery is often required to repair or replace the aortic valve.
In this regard, Docplexus has organized an interactive Webinar on 24 th July 2021 at 06:00 PM. In this webinar session, Dr. Yugal Mishra will discuss the management of leaking aortic valve in severe AR patients. We invite you to submit your questions which the expert will answer at the end of the session.
