He was referred to the gastroenterology division when the instrument did not get excreted. Physical examination BP: 108/75 mm Hg Heart rate: 73 bpm Body temperature: 36.7°C Soft, flat abdomen No pain, tenderness, and rebound tenderness Laboratory examination Elevated WBC count (9,700/μL) No other abnormality Abdominal radiography No abnormal gas or free air. Abdominal contrast-enhanced CT image has been provided. Fluoroscopy-guided lower gastrointestinal endoscopy images have also been provided.
