A 38 year old woman presents with abdominal pain and loss of weight since 3 weeks. The surgeon suspects the presence of a mass in the right iliac fossa and orders a CT scan. A lobulated cystic mass with septations was seen arising from the cecum. Ascites was present and nodal involvement was absent. A right hemicolectomy was performed.
