A 26-year-old man presented with a 5-day history of a cough, fever, mild dyspnea and an exanthematous vesicular rash. The rash appeared 3 days before the presentation. He smokes 30 cigarettes per day. His daughter recently had chickenpox. He neither had been vaccinated against the disease not he had a history of it. Examination Rash had vesicles, pustules, and crusty lesions (Panel A).
