A 54-year-old woman was presented with a chronically discharging lesion that was present on the right cheek for many years. She also mentioned that she had a loose and painful lower right molar. Her medical history was uneventful. Examination The 1-cm pink area on the right cheek with the seropurulent discharge was observed (Panel A). Intra-oral examination revealed grade 3 mobility of the lower right molar and chronic periodontitis. CT revealed periradicular inflammation and sinus tract formation.
