A 56-year-old generally healthy man complained of constipation. He mentioned that he has been on the high-fiber diet for the last 3 weeks for his frequent constipation complaints (however, without consulting dietician). Since last week his symptoms worsened and he noted a decrease in his appetite. After every meal, he experienced abdominal pain and felt bloated in the stomach. There was palpable mass in the abdominal region.
