A 63-year-old male presented to his dentist with a complaint of palatal lesion that was about one month old. He stated that one month before this presentation, he felt roughness in his palate. He did not have any swallowing or speech difficulties. There were no neck nodes or any other symptoms. Patients medical history is significant for rhinoplasty, malignant melanoma of the skin 13 years ago which was successfully treated with surgery. He also had cataract surgery 8 years ago. Clinical Examination Lesions were hyperpigmented in the anterior and other parts of the hard palate.

The lesion was irregular. Flat in some areas and slightly exophytic in others. The color was not uniform. But the palate was the only site with these lesions.
