A 46-year-old male with a 4-week history of cough and night sweats was admitted to the hospital due to chest pain. The patient denied using any intravenous drugs. Blood analysis:  Elevated levels of inflammatory markers  Radiograph analysis: A  CT scan showed a mass in the right lung (Figure 1). Histopathology of bronchoscopy (guided transbronchial biopsies) No malignancy was observed.

Vascular and interstitial giant cell granulomas were observed (Figure 2). Medication:  The patient was treated with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, and clarithromycin; however, there was a recurrence of fever after a week.
