A 76 Years' old veterinary doctor, having B, Asthma, Hypertension, Cirrhosis of liver, on inhalation, diuretic, Nabidalolo +S amlodipine c/o this sore on tip of the nose from four months. Not responding to treatment by self, otherwise he is under my treatment after retirement. He is alone, drinks 60ml whiskey daily.
