Nowadays, there is an increasing trend to delay childbearing to advanced parental age. Although increased risks of advanced maternal age and assisted reproductive technologies are widely accepted, there are limited data regarding advanced paternal age. In this regard, a recent study assessed the influence of advanced paternal age on perinatal outcomes and whether it differences between pregnancies achieved spontaneously or with assisted reproductive technology.
