A patient of mine had an Angioplasty on 3rd march & was prescribed Clopidogrel 75 mg BD. He was diabetic hypertensive but was under control with medicines when suddenly due to difficulty on walking he met a DM cardiologist who advised angio & 3 stents on 3 major vessels were implanted. Now he can not tolerate clopidogrel.

Could anybody suggest an answer to his relief? I had also tried Ticagrelor but SOB is a problem.
