INTRATHECAL clonidine, INTRATHECAL Dexmedetomidine — As Adjuvants especially  in Hypertension during Pregnancy, Pre Eclampsia, Eclampsia cases . Along with Bupivacaine heavy 2.5 - 3 cc  with 27G spinal needle. These can be used for labour Analgesia also A)Clonidine and Dexmedetomidine being 1)Alpha-2 agonists and accepted Antihypertensives in Pregnancy  2) Very good and Very Safe Adjuvants to INTRATHECAL heavy Bupivacaine in Spinal Anaesthesia compared to Opioids (No Respiratory Depression). They can be safely used as INTRATHECAL Adjuvants   in  Spinal Anaesthesia For Cesarean sections.

These drugs can also be safely used for Epidural labour Analgesia safely . B)Clonidine: 50-100 mcg.
