Is it advantageous or disadvantageous to give Spinal 4CC Bupivacaine heavy in a well-built patient, or Do you declare it Life-threatening and harmful? I never found it harmful, unmanageable in the last 13 yrs. Surgical comfort, Prolonged duration, Post-op Analgesia etc are very good. Even surgeons told this is good.

But I don’t know who condemned/who changed this? We usually go with WHITES and their books, guidelines, protocols..... Please clarify.
