2 years female child, having warts like tiny growths on both angles of mouth and a brownish black line on her incisors teeth upper only. A child is, otherwise normal and active, consuming anti-cold cough syrup frequently. Is these indicative of some deficiency?

Are these warts or angular stomatitis? What is the remedy?
