If a patient with a normal blood pressure is coming with bleeding from the nose, and every investigation like endoscopy, coagulation profile, CT Scan of the sinuses shows normal, it can be called as idiopathic epistaxis. The patient is not having any altered liver or renal function also. What is the role of Vitamin C in this situation?
