A 53-year-old female was presented with asymptomatic swelling in the left anterior mandible between teeth #s 22 and 23. She reported that the swelling was slowly growing and was present for almost one and a half year. This patient did not have significant medical history, but she was a social drinker and a smoker with 2 cigarettes per week. The swelling was around 3 *3 cm. Radiologically the lesion was well-demarcated unilocular and radiolucent vague cloudy appearance at the periphery of the lesion.
