I had joined an institute after my post graduation as Senior Researcher. Due to some personal issues I discontinued after 1 month. My salary has been held up and I wish to join other institute but my resignation was not accepted and relieving letter was not issued.

What will be the possible solution ? Please provide legal advice regarding this, if any.
