A 25-year-old, heavy body boy, slipped in the night on 2nd April and came with the swelling of the left ankle. The boy was able to walk with pain on palpation. Xray shows a small fractured piece of the talus.

Kindly confirm it, is it really a fractured piece and won't go into AVN?
