After we completed our MBBS and following which KMC registration certificate was issued it was considered to be valid lifelong. Now I don't understand what is the need to issue a fresh certificate.

If you want to update details please let us mail the KMC, so that they can update their books. What is the need to collect the fee, which I don't understand?
