Lennox-Gastaut syndrome is a severe, childhood-onset electroclinical syndrome comprised of multiple seizure types, intellectual and behavioral impairment. Although the quality of life is severely disturbed in these patients, current therapeutic options have demonstrated significant positive patient outcomes.
