Case of 6-year-old female patient with a history of incomplete immunisation schedule according to her age (only one dose of pentavalent vaccine and rotavirus). She began her clinical presentation prior to Hospital admission after having a sharp slice of wood pierce her right arm. She went to the emergency department where she was washed with antiseptic. Doctors treated with Dicloxacillin and paracetamol. The pain persisted at the site of injury and after ten days she experienced fever, abdominal muscle stiffness, trismus and difficultly walking because of complete limitation in bending both legs.
