A Young boy presented with golden ring mischievously pushed over penis for a week. There was foul smelling discharge & pus with deep ulceration & erosion at the root of penis. Penis was massively swollen. At first look I felt like it was going for Penile Amputation !!!!
But after giving local anaesthetic & examination, It was found , fortunately that Corpora & Urethra were intact. The Golden Ring was cut with great difficulty with special cutter & luckily Penis was saved. Secondary closure was done later.
