An 18-year-old man presented with dull pain over the forehead for last 3 years. This pain is severe in the morning and less in afternoon together with nasal discharge. 10 days ago, the pain became very severe with 38 °C fever and complete nasal obstruction. The patient did not take proper treatment and by the 10th day, he became drowsy with some mental behavioural changes, vomiting and blurred vision.
