A 30-year-old female patient presented with endometriosis. She is taking tablet dienogest 2mg OD for one & half months.

Now she is complaining Breast pain, discomfort, or tenderness, headache, severe and throbbing, irregular menstrual periods abnormal menstrual bleeding occurring earlier, possibly lasting longer than expected, nausea etc. How to proceed for further management?
