A 40 yrs non diabetic pt with no comorbid condion present with severe itching with skin lesion in right lower anterior leg on & off since past 8 month. Pt had already taken tab terbinafine 250 mg & tab Itraconazole 200mg in past for 3 weeks following which symptoms had subsides now he is on tab Fluconazole 150 mg once weekly, cotrimazole cream & dusting powder but still symptoms started since 3 days.
What is the diagnosis & further line of management in this case? Need an expertise opinion in this case please.
