I am a 60 years old general surgeon, diabetic suffering from tinnitus rt ear, mild hearing loss on audimetery with severe vertigo from 1month. Mr and m r angiography brain normal and no neurological deficiency, retina and fundus are normal and eye vision correctd with glasses.

There is possibility of meinnier's disease. Kindly suggest me possible best treatment either medical or surgical at your centre
