Frowning upon the practice of private medical colleges charging exorbitant fees in crores  from students gaining admission in MBBS under the management quota or NRI, as compared to those admitted under the government quota, the Madras High Court held that there should not be any differentiation in the fee structure for students admitted under the two quotas.Many colleges even try to convert few left out seats in NRI or management quota to earn crores as black money and utilise it for personal purposes although most pvt medical colleges run as charitable institute where money such raised should be for development and adjusting fee of weaker section but here it goes to owners due to our highly bribed tax department who do not see any wrong and such corrupt  practice is running since years,these colleges do earn Hugh as they do not pay tax.
