The Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar’s career in medicine has taken a dip due to controversy with NOC for migration certificate. Recently, the former Miss World got no objection certificate within 15 days of her application to pursue MBBS in a Mumbai-based college. This is a contrasting scenario to a Kashmiri student, who applied for migration in some other college but haven’t received any response yet. She is still waiting in the winds for her application acceptance.
Further, it was reported that no tangible reason for the migration was provided by Manushi Chillar while all the rules were put on hold without any permission from MCI.
