A 13 year old male presented to the OPD with complaints of progressive diminished vision with pain , redness and photophobia in both eyes since the last 6 months. On ocular examination male child had megalocornea with corneal edema and opacities and crystalline lenses in anterior chamber. Corneal diameter was 13 mm in all meridians. Gross physical  examination of the child showed signs suggestive of marfan syndrome like longer arm span to height ratio >1.05 Restricted extension of elbow joint< 170 degrees Low upper segment to lower segment ratio < 1 Pectus excavatum Presence of hyper dynamic circulation on auscultation.

On examination the best corrected visual acuity of the patient was hand motion in both eyes. The intraocular pressure recorded was on higher side. Gross external examination of the eyes revealed presence of buphthalmos with bluish discoloration of sclera. Slit lamp…
