A 43-year-old lady complained of chest discomfort, she was rushed to the ER. ECG showed ST depression, Trop T and Trop I was negative, lipid profile was normal. Angiography was also normal.She was suspected to have microvascular dysfunction.
She was sent home on Tab Nicorandil 5 mg and Tab low dose Aspirin 75mg. Today she had similar symptoms with similar findings. What could be the further management?
