A more stable solution is presented for the safety of doctors (which can never be permanent). A few measures we can follow: Charge more and charge for every visit and spend more time with patients. That way you see few patients who are dedicated but earn the same. Explain the life history of a disease, that it deteriorates for a few days before settling down. So ask them to have patience. Ask them if deterioration is more, go to the ER of the concerned hospital (open 24 hours a day). But don't wait till disease is serious.
Once admitted, counsel them that it takes 2-3 days to get a clear picture of the problem. There are lots and lots of rare diseases mentioned in stout books, which can happen to anyone.
