Today in the morning rounds I found mutiple plaque like lesions over the trunk, chest, back, groin and on the extensor surfaces of both the limbs in an indoor patient. The lesions appeared flat, scaly and whitish of various sizes. This had been with the patient for last 2 months. They are non itchy and not increasing in size. The patient is an elderly man in his mid sixties, with a rural background and farmer by profession. He is a case of testicular SOL, admitted for High Inguinal Orchiectomy.
He is non diabetic and does not have comorbidities. He is an ex-smoker. His personal hygiene appeared poor to me. His general health condition is normal. His basic biochemical work up are normal and his serology for viral markers is negative. What's the possible diagnosis and what's the treatment?
