A 70 yrs old K S R, teacher by Profession presents to hls family Physician for advice. He is a pt of Psoriasis which is well controlled with topical preparations. He was admitted in Hospital for Myocardial Infarction. He noticed  a marked deterioration in the psoriasis since discharge.

Since discharge he is put on Aspirin 75 mg daily, Simvastatin 20 mg daily Atenalol 25 mg daily, Enalepril 5mg daily. What is the likely reason for the exacerbation of his Psoriasis? How should this be treated ?
