Dear My all doctor friends / Seniors   I am to start a 50 bed nursing home project in Dist-Hailakandi, State-Assam; construction going on last six months around 30% completed. We submitted all documents in local banks regarding project loan. And suddenly  bank denied for the same because this district is blacklisted by bank.

So now  I require some investors ( doctor /individual /businessmen). How do I go about it? Please share your experience/opinions.
