The decision of Supreme Court is welcome. The intention expected by the honourable Court is fairness and transparency. I have the following comments:- 1.This Verdict /Decision needs further study and consultations to rule out discrepancies and inconveniences for children/prospective students and extreme anxiety for concerned parents. 2.It is a crime to hold the students and worried parents to ransom when the new academic year is closing in.Everyone expected atleast one year preparation time .I mean at the least....... (if not 3-4 years).
3.From Sikkim to Kerala the 12th grade syllabi are different. Can we think of any uniformity/standardisation ? 4.Children are now mentally prepared for respective examinations by States and Deemed Universities.This decision has come to them as a shock .Many have booked tickets to travel to exam centres.
