A 5 day old baby girl, FT NVD, at corporate hospital, immunisation on 2nd day, H/o toxicum rubrum eruptions all over body (papulary eruptions &redness improved with topical Caladryl lotion application), mild Icterus developed 72 hrs post delivery (physiological Jaundice?). Skin color subsiding on 5th day developed trickling of blood from vulva (from vagina?).

H/o VIT-K im inj after birth, repeated again 1mg im after vaginal bleeding. Please advise possible cause and further management.
