A male pt aged 54 yrs c/o low back ache at night for the past 3mths. The pain is more during late night and decreases on moving Or excerise. The pain also radiates to the abdomen.No h/o fever, loss a weight, loss of appetite. No h/o DM, TB, Jaundice.
H/o of HTN , on regular medication .On evaluation HLA-B27 was negative, CRP positive, ESR 40 , Bt both CRP and ESR showed a decline over the Mths, urine showed 2-4 pus cells, culture for urine sterile, viral markers negative and 'MRI lower spine was normal. Pt is on NSAIDS, Bt no improvement in symptoms. Kindly give ur expert opinion
