A 76-year-old male presented with a non-healing ulceration of the lower leg. The patient history includes chronic venous insufficiency, diabetes, hypertension, and lower back pain. Examination Bilateral lower extremity edema was observed. Varicose veins, hyperpigmentation and xerotic changes with a 1.4 * 2.6cm ulceration were presented on the left medial malleolus. No evidence of superinfection. Sensory and motor testing of the legs were normal.
