A 42 year old man presents with chronic throat irritation, nasal obstruction and dysphonia since 6 years. He is a farmer by occupation. On ENT examination, a pinkish mass was seen obstructing his nasal cavity and overhanging into the oropharynx. He is non diabetic, non-hypertensive and has no history of any medications. Surgery was performed to excise the mass.

It was a friable, well vascularised structure but non pulsatile. A histopathology report stated sub epithelial globular cyst like structures resembling sporangia surrounded by immune cell infiltrates. What can be the etiological agent? Source: Babu S et al. Ann Trop Med Public Health 2012;5:127-9
