A hospital in India has claimed to overcome blood group mismatch while performing a liver transplant of a 40-year-old male cirrhosis patient. According to doctors, thorough preparation, continuous clinical observation, and zero error precision were the key factors in successfully overcoming blood group incompatibility. A 40-year-old male patient was brought to the hospital with a complaint of chronic liver disease. Upon diagnosis, the patient was found to have advanced cirrhosis (with a poor prognosis) and had less than a year to undergo the transplant.
