Lab results (with microscopic differential) RBC 2.19 x1012/L, HGB 7.4g/dL, HCT21.0%, MCV 96.1 fL, MCH 33.6pg, MCHC 35.0 g/dL, RDW17.8 WBC 0.8 x 109/L, N seg 42%, N meta 1, L 57 PLT 61 x 109/L.
