A 10 yr old boy presented with papular eruption of one-month duration with mild itching over both elbows. There is no history suggestive of any metal contact or any new food ingestion. There is a scarring alopecia of 20 days duration, size 2*3cm over occiput Tinea capitis.

Rest of examination is normal except for minute papules sparsely over periauricular region. Can any one guide me in this case?
