This patient came to my OPD aged 25 years, male c/o slightly yellowish papular lesions inside the vermilon boarder of the upper lip, Horny, slightly extending to the oral mucosa, without any itching or burning sensations since 2 days, no h/o any medications, not associated with fever, non recurrent(1st time). What may be the diagnosis?
