Some 15 days back , a person had come to our casuality with his wife who sustained superficial injury on her right sole.When asked how that incidence happened, he simply told that while working at home she had accidentely put her sole on a sharp object.Patient also narrated the same history.Inj tt and tab combiflam was given and dressing was done.So no police information was given.Now that person approached hospital yesterday and is demanding the medical records regarding the treatment given as he had qurel with his colegue and wants to show that record to prove that his wife was injured by his colegue.He has not filed any police complaint yet so no police has approached us.So just guide me weather I should give him the records or should ask him to come that request though proper channel.
