A patient aged 65 year came to casualty with complaint of chest pain, irritation, hypertension, dyspnea. Heart rate was 125/mn and b.p. of 186/112mm.of hg, ECG did not confirm ischemia. Trop T was -ve within 1 hr of test but after 4hr it was +ve.

What to do? What treatment should be given?
