A 2 year old child with history of shortness of breath and cough was evaluated and found to have Cardiomegaly. CECT chest showed Right atrium occupied by a 7 x 7x6 cm mass with mediastinal extension and lung nodules. Surgery was done which revealed a Germ cell tumour. Preoperative AFP was 131146. Post op AFP done after 1 week of surgery :830900.
IHC: Yolk sac tumour. CECT abdomen : normal. Usg scrotum : normal What is the ideal time to recheck the tumour markers? What are treatment options for him?
