Synopsis Recurrent vitreous seeds contribute significantly to the failure of eye salvage in retinoblastoma. Although reports suggest the effect of periocular topotecan (POT) on retinoblastoma regression, its effect on vitreous seeds is yet to be assessed. This study is first to report the safety and efficacy of POT in vitreous seeds in retinoblastoma.
