The Plastibell involves a plastic ring placed between the penis and its foreskin, a sterile thread is tied at the groove on the bell and redundant skin is excised to circumcise a male. A longitudinal cut in the foreskin is required before the ring supported by its handle can be placed.The thread string is tied around the groove on bell above the foreskin cut off the blood supply.The handle is then removed. The skin over the ring is sloughed off and ring should fall off by itself in few days after the procedure. No bleeding at all and no dressings are required.
